I don’t normally post the names of the people I take pictures of. Why? I don’t know really. Maybe because I tend to be a more private person, so it’s out of respect. Maybe they wouldn’t want their names listed, especially of their precious children {our world is a little crazy sometimes}.
Sarah. It’s okay because you need to know her name. Who is Sarah? Many, many things, but today she is a writer {oh, and my friend}. Sarah has a blog that I read consistently every week. Her writing is interesting because it’s real life and applicable. Her vulnerability makes reading a combination of laughter and tears. Some days it’s also a smack to my face.
Her blog is my daily reminder of who I want to be as a mom and a wife. It helps me to slow down in the midst of my busyness and focus on what really matters. Sometimes, we just need a whisper in our ear {or a backhanded slap} to get back on track. Sarah’s blog does that for me.
